Two
night minimum stay is required.
Check-In Time: 3:00 pm / Check-Out Time: 11:00 am,
NO early check-in or late check-out without prior confirmation.
PAYMENT: An
advance deposit equal to your first night stay is due when you make your reservation. The advance deposit will
be applied toward the rent. The advance deposit is not a damage deposit. Payment is due in full at Check-In. We accept
personal check, traveler checks, cash, all major credit cards and debit cards.
CANCELLATIONS:
A fifteen day notice is required for cancellation. The Deposit is only refundable if we fill your
cancellation - less a $50 handling fee and any costs incurred. Late arrival or early departure does not warrant any
refund of rent or deposit.
WEATHER: Unfortunately, the weather is uncontrollable and unpredictable. Unsatisfactory
weather will not result in refunds.
OCCUPANCY: There is a maximum allowance of seven persons occupying premises. An additional charge
of $25.00 per person per stay for guests in addition to seven will be assessed. This property requires
a two night minimum stay. Renters must be twenty one years of age with valid credit card on file.
INCLUSIVE FEES: Rates include a one-time linen/towel setup. Amenity
fees are included in the rental rate. While linens and towels are included in the unit, daily maid service
is not included in the rental rate, however is available at an additional rate during one week stay or longer, if available.
Please confirm day and rate before Check-In. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do
not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
PETS: Pets are permitted in rental cabins only
with prior approval. A $25 pet cleaning fee applies. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up of any/all
pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time.
CLEANLINESS: Since
everyone’s perception of cleanliness differs. We ask that you check for cleanliness
upon your arrival, and report any dissatisfaction immediately. If you do not notify me right away, there
is no way to rectify the problem.
DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage, broken or missing items.
Damage assessment will be forwarded within seven days of departure. No report will be provided if
the following provisions are met. No damage is done to unit or its content. No
charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage can on porch, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher
and cleaned. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left unlocked. No linens
are lost or damaged. All furniture is put back in place.
The cabin owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets
or humans while on the premises.
No ski boots or golf shoes to be worn inside Lodge.
Please try to keep standing
water off the floor.
Parking is available; it is not permitted to block access to road.

It is understood and agreed that the premises shall be used and occupied for leisure/vacation and not
for other purpose without the prior written consent. It is agreed that it will not be used or permit any person to use
the premises for any purpose in violation of the laws of the United States, the State of Michigan, or of any other lawful
authorities.
Falsified reservations- any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment,
deposit and /or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
